Abstract
Accompanying with the constant change of educational policy, our society adjust the need of talents, students’ development and parents’ expectancy. A principal must elaborate his instructional leadership and lead all the teachers to the more professional teaching instead of stereotype. However, the teachers’ professional learning community can promote the teachers ’ professional development and teaching effect. Above all, a principal’s instructional leadership plays an important role. The study is aimed at the model construction of junior high school s’ principals’ instructional leadership and teachers ’ professional learning community. The second year, the study will adopt focus group, Delphi method, document analysis , gather the related data, analyze how the junior high school principals ’ instructional leadership affects the teaching professional learning community, and construct their developmental models. The above study purposes are contributive to deepen the related theory, and provided reference for the continued study.
