dc.description.abstract本計畫以四年為期,主要持續利用福衛二號影像對台灣海岸變遷進行監測與分析,以掌握台灣海岸的動態變化現況及長期變遷趨勢,瞭解潛在海岸災害可能分佈區段,提供政府在長期海岸土地利用規劃管理及海岸災害的預防及應變規劃上一份絕對必要的參考資訊,以利相關單位進一步有效的監測、管理、保護海岸,防止海岸災害的發生。 整體研究工作項目包括六大項:(1)蒐集資料,(2) 劃定參考濱線位置,(3) 判釋海岸侵淤變遷,(4) 野外查核侵淤熱點區域,探討變遷主要原因,(5)觀察颱風事件的影響,及(6)分析中長期海岸變遷速率。最後統整計畫的全程工作總成果及資料。 研究的方法和技術,主要結合早期的歷史地形圖資影像及最新的福衛二號及光達等高精度影像資訊,繪製這些影像圖資中幾種明顯海岸濱線指標的位置於底圖,進行海岸侵淤變遷的判釋。並研究選取適當的濱線指標參考線,藉以分析各地各年度冬、夏季間海岸的侵淤變遷,並以野外查核方式確認侵淤熱點區域,配合長期海、氣象及人為活動資料蒐集,討論海岸侵蝕嚴重地區濱線變遷的主要原因。同時針對台灣每年幾乎都要遭逢的颱風事件,機動地針對可能受影響較大的海岸,紀錄颱風前後的影像,以觀察颱風可能對海岸的衝擊和影響。最後則以各種不同時期影像圖資,計算海岸的中長期變遷速率。 本年度為四年期研究計畫之第一年,除福衛二號影像資料即時蒐集及颱風事件觀察採取機動針對影響嚴重區域進行比較分析之外,其餘有關資料的蒐集及海岸濱線變遷之監測與分析研究之實際工作,在考量經費、人力配置後,以分年分區的方式來完成全期程的工作。本年度研究區域包括自淡水河口以北的東北部台北、基隆,及東部的宜蘭、花蓮、台東地區等海岸。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe mapping of shoreline changes and erosion rate analysis are the major components of the fundamental work for coastal management, planning, and hazard prevention. This is a four-year project that continuously employs the use of FORMOSAT-2 images, accompanied by some other historical maps and aerial photographs, to identify the shoreline indicator features and map them for shoreline change analysis. The research work includes six main categories: (1) collecting and processing proper maps and images for the shoreline mapping, (2) mapping several reference shorelines based on the identification of the shoreline indicator features, (3) analyzing the shoreline change trend that either retreat or advance, (4) field verification of the erosional or depositional hot spots and discussing the possible causes for the major shoreline change reaches, (5) observing the possible impacts of typhoon event on shoreline change, and (6) estimating the long term shoreline change rate for the specified coastal reaches. This year is the first year of the four-year project, and by considering the available research fund and manpower we have, we propose to complete this project by dividing into four sections in the Taiwan coast, finishing one section each year. However, choices of the locations to observe typhoon events are based on where the typhoons had crashed hard and will not be limited by the divided sections. The section we recommend for this year is the coast that north of the Dan-shuei River mouth, including the North coast of Taipei and Keelung, and the East coast of Yilan, Hualian, and Taitung.en_US
