Abstract
本文主要從轉變中的館藏概念，以及未來圖書館員作為領航員的角色，說明網路資源組織應注意的三個層次，並討論從事不同層次的網路資源組織所需要的知識技能。
This paper suggests that Internet resources be organized at three different levels: global, community and personal in order to serve both the traditional and the new library functions. Definitions, current developments and methods realtaing to the three levels will also be addressed.
