多媒體教學策略實施對教師專業成長影響之研究--以臺北縣正德國中賢孝校區為例

Abstract

本研究經由訪談與文件資料分析後,歸納整理獲致以下的結論 : 壹、具體成效層面 一、多媒體教學策略選擇ASSURE教學系統,有效促進教師建立完善教學系統。 二、教師運用多媒體教學,能快速效提昇教師資訊與教材選編能力。 三、多媒體教學實施促進教師在知識連結與教學流程層次的提昇。 四、多媒體教學策略實施能激勵教師意願與態度。 五、多媒體教學有效提昇偏遠地區學生學習成效。 貳、尚待改進層面 一、多媒體教學實施更需要行政主管和教師多元參與來激勵士氣。 二、多媒體教學策略實施須建構成為一循環的機制。 三、多媒體教學必須有充足資源支援,設備必須隨著時代不斷更新。 四、多媒體教學應有其適當使用時機,宜避免不當使用造成迷失現象。 本研究依前述結論,分別針對教育主管機關、實施學校及後續研究提出下列建議 : 壹、對教育主管機關的建議 ㄧ、制定提昇教師使用多媒體教學意願的策略,給予實質合適的獎勵。 二、建立協助學校解決發展多媒體教學困境機制,提供發展技術與策略 。 三、擴大辦理多媒體教學領域之相關知能研習,發展更多合作學習的可能性。 貳、對實施學校的建議 一、不斷更新學校資訊設備,建立完善的多媒體教學的軟硬體環境。 二、擴大教師教學合作層面,協助瓶頸突破。 三、鼓勵教師發展專業教材資源,建置多媒體教學資源網站。
The conclusion followed is made by interviews and document analysis, 1. Concrete result perspective: (1) The multimedia instruction strategy that used based on ASSURE teaching system effectively promotes a sound teaching system for teachers. (2) Utilizing multimedia instruction rapidly improves teacher’s ability in technology and material selections. (3) The application of multimedia instruction broadens teacher’s teaching horizon and upgrades their ability in knowledge connection (4) The multimedia instruction strategy stimulates teacher’s motivation and inspires their positive attitude. (5) The multimedia instruction effectively lift the learning outcome among remote areas. 2. Improvement perspective : (1) The application of multimedia instruction needs to combine with administrative directors and various kinds of subject-teachers to arouse more enthusiasm. (2) A sound multimedia instruction strategy should be constructed as a cycled mechanism. (3) The multimedia instruction strategy needs to be supported with rich resources and its equipment needs to be renewed in order to keep pace with the time. (4) The multimedia instruction should be used properly and avoid going astray Following the previous conclusion, there search brings up three pieces of suggestion below, 1. The suggestions to education directors of institutions: (1) Set up tactics to lift teacher’s willingness of using multimedia instruction and give appropriate concrete rewards. (2) Build up a mechanism as assistance for school to solve problems that caused by using multimedia instruction and provide developing techniques and strategies. (3) Hold more research workshops that relates to multimedia instruction issues and look for any possible opportunities to cooperate with others. 2. The suggestions to applying schools: (1) Keep on renewing the technological equipment, in both software and hardware, in school land create a sound multimedia teaching environment. (2) Create opportunities to cooperate with teachers and help them to breach the bottleneck. (3) Encourage the teacher to develop the professional teaching materials and set up the resourceful website of multimedia instruction strategy.
