期刊編號:23-2-1 文章名稱「國家森林遊樂區之遊憩體驗與知覺復癒關係研究─以內洞國家森林遊樂區為例」 作者:, 李素馨, , 郭彰仁, , 張肇翰 , 謝宗恒 第23卷 2 頁數001-024. 論文摘要: 【摘要】 遊憩體驗能讓人獲得身體、心理及社會上的效益。近年陰離子健康效益的宣傳造成內洞國家森林遊樂區遊客量暴增,其遊客的遊憩體驗與知覺復癒效益是值得探討的。因此本研究目的主要在探討遊憩體驗是否會影響知覺復癒、遊客在國家森林遊樂區所獲得的遊憩體驗向度與知覺復癒感受向度為何?本研究以內洞國家森林遊樂區進行實證研究,進行問卷調查。共獲得372份有效問卷,採驗證性因素分析與結構方程之路徑分析驗證假設。實證研究結果顯示遊憩體驗會正向影響知覺復癒;因素分析結果顯示現地中遊憩體驗構面為享受自然、體適能、自我反省及逃離實質的壓力,知覺復癒環境特徵為遠離、相容性及魅力性;路徑分析顯示遊憩體驗以實質空間體驗及壓力紓解體驗來影響知覺復癒。
Relative researches suggest that natural landscapes contribute to human\'s health physically and mentally. Recreation experience gained by attending activities allows people to obtain physical, mental and social benefits. Since anion\'s health benefits promotion in recent years has increased tremendous tourist numbers in Nei-tung National Forest Recreation Area, the relations of recreation experience and perceived restoration on tourist is worth being discussed. The purposes of this study include: (1) Discuss whether recreation experience affects perceived restoration. (2) What are the dimensions of recreation experience and perceived restoration in which tourists received in national forest recreation area? The research site is Neitung national forest recreation area. 372 valid samples were attained from onsite tourists. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and the path analysis (PA) of structural equation modeling (SEM) were adopted to test the hypotheses. The results are following: (1) Recreation experience has a positive influence on perceived restoration. (2) The recreation experience contains enjoyment of nature, physical fitness, introspection and escape from physical pressures, the perceived restoration features includes being away, compatibility, and fascination in the model. (3) Physical experience and stress release were the main effects of perceived restoration in the model.
