華人地區小學校長正向領導、學習文化對學校創新經營效能影響之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討小學校長正向領導、學習文化對學校創新經營效能之影響,以臺灣 的臺北市、大陸的上海市、香港地區為研究範圍,並以該地區的小學校長、主任、組長、 教師為取樣對象。研究方法包括:問卷調查、焦點團體座談、訪談,整合量化與質性資 料以分析三地之異同,期望達成以下研究目的: 一、瞭解臺北市、上海市和香港地區小學校長正向領導、學習文化及學校創新經營效能 的現況及其差異情形。 二、探討臺北市、上海市和香港地區小學校長正向領導、學習文化及學校創新經營效能 之相關情形。 三、探究臺北市、上海市和香港地區小學校長正向領導、學習文化各層面對學校創新經 營效能的影響力。 四、驗證臺北市、上海市和香港地區小學校長正向領導、學習文化影響學校創新經營效 能的關係模型是否成立。 五、藉由焦點團體座談、訪談、與實地參訪,以探究臺北市、上海市和香港地區小學校 長實施知識領導、形塑學習文化與提升學校創新經營效能時的實際運作情形、方 法、成效、及所遇到的困境與阻力,及其問題解決策略與態度。 六、針對臺北市、上海市和香港地區小學校長正向領導、學習文化與學校創新經營效能 進行特徵和差異原因分析。 最後,依據研究結果,提出具體建議,供小學校長改進正向領導、營造學習文化, 以提高學校創新經營效能之參考。
The main purpose of this research is to investigate elementary school principals’ positive leadership and learning culture on effectiveness of school innovation management .The ranges of this research are Taipei City in Taiwan, Shanghai City in Mainland and Hong-Kong Area. Taking samples conclude principals, directors, team-chiefs, and teachers. It proceeds in questionnaire survey, focus-group interview, and interview. Integrating quantitative and qualitative data are for analyzing their differences. The main findings of this research are as follows: 1.To realize the situation and their differences of elementary school principals’positive leadership, learning culture and effectiveness of school innovation management in Taipei City , Shanghai City and Hong-KongArea. 2.To explore the correlation of elementary school principals’positive leadership, learning culture and effectiveness of school innovation management in Taipei City , Shanghai City and Hong-Kong Area. 3.To find out the impact made by various levels of elementary school principals’positive leadership, learning culture on effectiveness of school innovation management. 4.To prove the relative models of Elementary School principals’ positive leadership, learning culture on effectiveness of school innovation management in Taipei City, Shanghai City and Hong-KongArea. 5.To explore the concrete operation, ways, outcomes, problems, resistance, and its strategies for elementary school principals to improve their positive leadership, construct learning culture and enhance effectiveness of school innovation management in Taipei City , Shanghai City and Hong-Kong Area. 6.To proceed the analyses of character and differences toward elementary school principals’ positive leadership, learning culture and effectiveness of school innovation management in Taipei City , Shanghai City and Hong-Kong Area. Finally, according to the study result, the researchers are to provide some suggestions for Elementary School principals to improve their positive leadership, construct learning culture and enhance effectiveness of school innovation management.
