以韌性觀點探討視障咖啡師工作歷程與職場適應策略之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討視障咖啡師的工作歷程與職場適應策略以及韌性特質為何，研究者採用質性研究法，運用深度訪談法，訪談五位接受過咖啡師工作訓練或曾經從事過咖啡師工作以及目前正在從事咖啡師工作之視障者。分享其個人的工作歷程，經過研究者將訪談資料編碼，進行分析與詮釋後，研究結果分別呈現工作困境、職場適應策略以及視障咖啡師展現的韌性特質。依研究發現整理歸納出視障咖啡師面臨的工作困境包含個人層面、家庭層面、職場層面和社會層面。在職場適應策略則有：1.接受專業培訓；2.練習與自我探索；3.精進與提升技巧；4.調整製作及服務方式；5.保持溝通；6.加強空間認知；7.尋求資源。在視障咖啡師的職場歷程中所展現的韌性特質則有：1.自我認同的能力；2.良好的適應能力；3.良好的抗壓能力；4.重視與理解彼此間的差異；5.積極解決問題的能力；6.用心對待每份工作。本研究建議政府與社福單位可將咖啡師做為視覺障礙者發展另一職種之參考，並重視身心障礙者就業輔導之個別化服務。

This study investigated work experience, workplace adaptation strategies, and resilience traits of visually impaired baristas through qualitative research. Interviews with 5 visually impaired baristas were conducted, and analysis of the data revealed work challenges, workplace adaptation strategies, and resilience traits. Visually impaired baristas faced various challenges at work, including personal, family, workplace, and societal factors. Workplace adaptation strategies included professional training, self-exploration, and skill improvement. Resilience traits exhibited were self-identification ability, adaptability, stress resistance, problem-solving skills, and careful handling of tasks. The study recommends using baristas as a reference for developing alternative professions for people with visual impairments and prioritizing individualized employment counseling services for people with disabilities.
