台北市某國中學生吸菸行為意向及其相關因素之研究

Abstract

本研究目的在探討台北市某國中學生菸害知識、態度、拒菸自我效能,和吸菸行為意向,及其相互關係。採用問卷調查法,以台北市某國中一、二、三年級學生為研究對象,共發出問卷524份,回收有效問卷523份。研究結果如下: 1.研究對象曾經有吸菸或目前吸菸者占11.8%,其中有75.8%第一次吸菸是在國小階段;菸品來源主要是家中取得,菸品廣告管道以雜誌最主要,對菸品廣告持反對態度。 2.較多學生有菸害的正確認識、反菸態度、高度的拒菸自我效能,和低吸菸行為意向。 3.年級、畢業後就學選擇、家庭社經地位在菸害知識、菸害態度、與吸菸行為意向,呈現顯著性差異。 4.菸害知識、菸害態度、拒菸自我效能三者各與吸菸行為意向有顯著正相關。 5.菸害態度、菸品廣告態度、目前吸菸狀況、拒菸自我效能、吸菸時間,能有效解釋吸菸行為意向達56.4%。
The purposes of this study were to investigate the smoking knowledge and attitude, the self-efficacy of anti-smoking, and the smoking behavioral intention of junior high students in Taipei city, and the relationships of each other. Questionnaire survey was used in this study. The sample was selected from the students of one junior high school in Taipei city. The 523 students out of 524 samples completed the questionnaire. The main results of the study were as follows: 1. The 11.8 percentage of the samples had smoking experiences, and the 75.8 percentage of this samples had first smoking happening in elementary school stage. The subjects had got cigarettes mainly from subjects' home, and the main source of the cigarette advertisement was from magazines. Most of subjects had negative attitude toward the cigarette advertisement. 2. Most of subjects had correct the knowledge of cigarette, the negative attitude toward smoking, the high self-efficacy of anti-smoking, and the low behavioral intention of smoking. 3. There were significant differences of smoking knowledge, smoking attitude, and smoking behavioral intention within subjects' grades, the choices of future schools, and soci-economic status of family. 4. There were mutually significant correlations of smoking knowledge, smoking attitude, and self-efficacy of anti-smoking toward smoking behavioral intention. 5. Smoking attitude, the attitude of cigarette advertisement, current smoking status, self-efficacy of anti-smoking, and the period of smoking time all could explain the 56.4% of the variance of behavioral intention of smoking.
