醫學中心住院醫師對教學媒體中心之期望研究

dc.description.abstract本研究為了分析臺大醫學中心住院醫師對目前教學部教材組所提供之教學支援服務的滿意度，及對教學部教材組未來轉型成教學媒體中心的期望，從文獻中分析歸納出五大項功能服務，以問卷方式，從臺大醫學中心551位住院醫師中，隨機抽出369任住院醫師進行調查。總回收率為74.92%，有效率為71.39%，本研究之結果與發現如下： 一、臺大醫學中心的住院醫師，對於目前學部教材組教學支援服務滿意度不高，因此教學部教材組在各項教學支援服務上，仍有很大的努力空間。 二、臺大醫學中心的住院醫師，對於教學部教材組轉型成教學中心提供教學支援服務，持正向的看法。對於五大項功能服務的需要程度，住院醫師持高度期望。 三、臺大醫學中心的住院醫院對於教學媒體中心，五大類功能服務重要性優先順序分別為：（1）視聽教具與軟硬體服務、（2）視教教材設計製作服務、（3）推廣醫學教學媒體服務、（4）教室環境安排維護服務、（5）提供遠距學支援服務。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate residents’ satisfaction and expectation of instructional support services provided by Department of Medical Illustration and Educational Development (DMIED) at National Taiwan University Medical Center (NTUMC) Three hundred and sixty-nine copies of questionnaire were sent and the return rate was 74.92%. The results showed that residents were not satisfied with present instructional support services and considered that DMIED should be transformed into IMC.en_US
