女性百岳登山者休閒阻礙及休閒協商策略之關係研究

| dc.description.abstract | 本研究目的在於瞭解女性百岳登山者之背景變項分布情形，與其在休閒阻礙、休閒協商策略所呈現的特性及差異，並進一步探討兩者之間的相關性。本研究採問卷調查，以具有攀登臺灣百岳經驗之女性為對象，並以休閒阻礙與休閒協商兩個量表為研究工具。本研究於109年9月至10月收集 500 份問卷，再以SPSS23.0進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、典型相關進行資料處理與分析。獲得的結論如下：女性百岳登山者最大的阻礙構面為「自我設限」。中年初期及已婚的女性百岳登山者，有較高的「家庭與社交」阻礙，在「環境與經濟」的阻礙中，資淺者大於資深者。女性百岳登山者最常使用的休閒協商策略為「技能協商」。當感受到的限制越多，如學生、年紀較輕、未婚者，使用休閒協商策略的機率越高。休閒阻礙與休閒協商策略的關係為正相關。最後，研究者根據研究發現，提供後續研究與實務推廣上之建議。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to investigate how the distribution of social background variables of women climbing the top 100 peaks of Taiwan contributed to the correlation between leisure constraints and leisure negotiation strategies. This study adopted questionnaires which included female participants who climbed the top 100 peaks of Taiwan. Leisure constraints and leisure negotiation strategies scales were utilized as research tools. This study collected 500 questionnaires from September to October 2020, and then used SPSS23.0 for data processing and analysis using statistical methods including: descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Canonical correlation. The results were as follows: “self-limitation” was the most obvious constraint for women climbing the top 100 peaks of Taiwan. Aged 40-49 years old and married females are shown to have higher “family and social” barriers. Novice hikers had higher “environment and economy” constraints than experienced climbers. The most common leisure negotiation strategy used by the participants of this study was “skill negotiation”. The more restrictions a participant felt, the higher chance of using negotiation strategies. For example: students, younger age groups, unmarried women, and women with salaries below 49,999. The relationship between leisure constraints and leisure negotiation strategies is positively correlated. In the end, sugesstions for future research and practical promotion were provided according to the findings. | en_US |
