| dc.description.abstract | 檔案的典藏主要在提供全民原始(original)、權威(authentic)且一致的第一手記錄，然而在數位時代，檔案管理機構如何能不因時間的移轉、技術的改變，而長久持續的提供原始、權威、一致性的資料與服務給民眾，是一極大的挑戰。本文主要介紹美國國家檔案及文件署(NARA)的電子記錄典藏計畫(ERA)、電子查詢計畫(EAP)及英國的檔案整合查詢計畫(A2A)有關電子檔案記錄典藏與服務的作法，供國內檔案主管機關參考。 | zh_TW |
