海洋志工參與者參與動機、心流體驗與體驗價值之研究-以小琉球淨海淨灘活動為例

Abstract
本研究目的旨在探討小琉球淨海淨灘活動參與者的參與動機、心流體驗以及體驗價值的現況，並且分析不同背景變項在參與動機、心流體驗和體驗價值的差異情形，最後探討參與動機、心流體驗跟體驗價值之間的關聯性。本研究方法採用問卷調查法，針對小琉球志工隊以及曾參加小琉球淨海淨灘參與者進行抽樣，共回收問卷318份，有效問卷309份。本研究採用IBM SPSS Statistics 23軟體進行統計分析，方法包含描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析和皮爾森積差分析。統計顯著水準訂為α= .05，所得出的結果：一、不同背景變項在小琉球淨海淨灘活動參與動機方面，教育程度、居住地、次數、最近一次地點達顯著差異；二、不同背景變項在心流體驗方面上不同居住地、次數及最近一次活淨海淨灘地點達顯著差異；三、不同背景變項在體驗價值教育程度、職業、居住地及對近一次淨海淨灘達顯著差異。四、參與動機、心流體驗及體驗價值三者變項間影響皆呈現顯著正相關。
The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of the participation motivation, flow experience, and experience value of participants in the sea and beach cleanup activities in Xiao liuqiu. This study also analyzes the differences in participation motivation, flow experience, and experience value among different demographic variables, and finally investigates the correlation between these three factors. This research adopts a questionnaire survey method, with samples drawn from Xiao liuqiu volunteer teams and participants who have previously joined the sea and beach cleanup activities. A total of 318 questionnaires were collected, with 309 being valid. This research uses IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software for statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, independent samples t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. This significance level is set at =0.5. The results are as follows: 1. There are significant difference in participation motivation among different demographic variables, of the sea and beach cleanup activities in Xiao liuqiu. Namely, education level, place of residence, frequency, and location of the most recent participation. 2. There are significant differences in flow experience based on different places of residence, frequency, and locations of the most recent sea and beach clean up activities. 3. There are significant difference in the experience value among different education levels, occupations, places of residence, and the most recent sea and beach clean up activities. 4. There is a significant positive correlation among participation motivation, flow experience, and experience value.
