Abstract
本研究所關注的是大漢溪流域部落的族群認同特性、社會資本與組織互動型態，以及部落發展情形。本流域對象包含上游的原鄉原住民社群，其中以泰雅族最多；到了中下游流域的範圍，則以遷居都會附近的阿美族社群最明顯。因此，本研究擬針對流域的兩個主要族群，探討其族群認同之內涵、社會資本之特質以及部落發展之具體樣貌。總之，本研究企圖檢視河岸部落原住民在族群認同方面的現況與演變過程，並試圖從其部落參與、心理互動以及互惠組織等特質，檢視其社會資本的內涵與差異，進而探討部落（社區）發展的可能性與未來性。在研究方法方面，掌握伙伴關係之合作研究取向、賦權、紮根主義與質性研究的取向，本研究所採取的研究方法主要有三：（一）文獻理論之詮釋分析；（二）行動研究法；（三）深入訪談法。因此，本研究的目的有四： 一、探討大漢溪流域泰雅族及阿美族原住民的族群認同的內涵、 衍生過程，以及各部落之間在認同上的差異情況。 二、訪查與分析大漢溪流域泰雅族及阿美族原住民在相互組織 連結、部落參與、信任感衍生，以及交流互惠程度等社會 資本上的演變與各部落在此資本上的差異情況。 三、探討大漢溪流域泰雅族及阿美族原住民族群認同、社會資 本與部落發展型態之關係，特別是部落發展型態受到前兩 者影響之程度，以及部落發展在內部衍生或外部擴展方面 的可能樣貌。 四、根據研究結果，提出以流域治理概念，協助探索原住民部 落的本質與特性，並提出協助原住民部落整體發展之政策 建議。
This study focuses on the ethic identity, social capital and tribal development of Dahanxi Rivebanks . In other words, the study aims at exploring ethic identity, social capital and tribal development of Atayal tribes (tribal indigenous peoples) and Amis tribes (urban indigenous tribes) at Dahanxi Riverbanks. Based on tribe (community) participation, psychological interaction and reciprocal organizations, we could examine the contents and differences of social capital of aboriginal people and future tribal developments also. The methods of this study are including of literature review and theory interpret, action research and in-depth interview. The aims of the study are as follows: 1)To explore and compare ethical identities of original and urban tribes of Dahanxi River banks. 2)To analysis the social networks, tribal participation and trust of original and urban tribes of Dahanxi River banks. 3) To probe into the relations of ethical identity, social capital and Tribal development of the two kinds of tribes. 4) To offer some suggestions about aboriginal tribe development for government and other private agencies.
