zh_TW

The interview content was recorded and transcribed verba-tim for in-depth analysis to understand their competition experiences and insights. In summary, master athletes initially participate in competitions due to social pressure, fun, and self-challenge. continuous exercise improves physical fitness and health, ad-dressing health issues, enhancing confidence and a sense of honor, and helping to overcome life’s setbacks. Through their sports competition experiences, they develop mental resilience, improve their quality of life, establish good routines and self-discipline, expand their social networks, and gain more support from society and fami-ly.
