圖書館行動通訊服務之發展現況與趨勢

Abstract
有鑑於行動通訊服在民眾生活中已經逐漸普遍，圖書館應善用行動通訊服務，提供讀者無所不在、隨處可及的圖書館資源和服務，使圖書館融入於讀者的行動化生活中。本文介紹國內外圖書館所實施的行動通訊服務，包含：圖書館行動網站與行動館藏目錄、行動化館藏、行動化圖書館利用指導／語音導覽、文字簡訊通知服務、行動應用程式、行動條碼以及簡訊參考服務等，以做為國內圖書館實施行動通訊服務的參考。
Viewing the widespread use of mobile Web services in the life of general public, libraries may consider the implementation of mobile Web services in order to offer patrons ubiquitous and readily accessible resources and services. This article introduces several categories of mobile Web services practiced in Taiwanese and foreign libraries, including mobile library Web sites and mobile OPACs, mobile collection, mobile library instruction and audio tours, library SMS notifications, mobile APPs, QR code, and SMS reference services. It is expected that this article can be used as a reference for Taiwanese libraries to implement mobile Web services.
