年輕族群性傳染病之信念、防治行為與校園多元性別性傳染病防治教育模式研究

Abstract
近年來,臺灣年輕族群對性行為之態度越來越開放,且相關統計資料也顯示愛滋病毒感染年齡有年輕化的趨勢,顯示愛滋病與其他性傳染病防治的教育工作有必要在學校場域更為落實推行。 本計畫預計從民國103年1月開始進行,至民國103年12月結束,調查我國國中、高中(職)及大學等各年齡族群學生之性傳染病相關知識與預防行為模式現況,進行性傳染病相關知識與預防行為模式之相關分析調查,以及修改100年度與101年度前衛生署疾病管制局委託民間團體,進行青少年性傳染病防治預防教育師資培訓計畫所培訓之國中、高中職種子教師的愛滋病防治預防教育教案的課程內容,並發展高中、國中校園內多元性別性傳染病防治教育模式,同時進行教學與效果評估。對於大學校園的相關教學內容,提出具體建議。
In recent years, the behavior of sex among teenagers & young adults in Taiwan has become more open, the relevant statistics also have shown that HIV cases of teenagers & young adults have risen. So, the prevention education of AIDS & other sexually transmitted diseases implemented on Taiwan school for the teenagers & young adults is significantly important. The goals of this one-year proposal from January to December, 2014 hope to understand the relationships of the knowledge, and prevention behavior of sexually transmitted diseases for high school and undergraduate students in Taiwan, to modify AIDS prevention education models of the 7th~12th students at the projects sponsored by Taiwan CDC in 2011 & 2012, and to develop a prevention education model for sexually transmitted diseases in the multiple sex campus for senior & junior high students. Also, the proposal will evaluate the learning effectiveness of the prevention education model for sexually transmitted diseases in the multiple sex campus. Finally, the proposal will provide the significant suggestions for prevention education of sexually transmitted diseases for undergraduate students.
