利用手機電池充電無線耳機電路設計及效率分析

Abstract

本研究提出一種利用手機之電源來對無線耳機作充電的系統研究。本研究設計之裝置將無線耳機直接整合手機外殼上,並設計一個無線耳機之充電電路及無線耳機機構設計,可讓無線耳機直接使用手機電池進行充電。再者目前一般市面上的充電器效率都在50%左右,本研究嘗試在效率上作出較佳化的電源轉換程序,根據實驗結果證實本研究所設計使用充電式升壓的電源管理電路,可將電源轉換效率提升至65.7%以上,確實達到本研究預期之效果,並有效節省能源的損耗。
This study proposes a systematic research of charging from cell phone's battery power to wireless headset and an innovative design of this charging module. This module included a charging circuit and a holder for wireless headset so that the wireless headset can be attached to the cell phone during the charging process or when it is not in use. In addition, the average efficiency of most currently available chargers is lower than 50 %. The design of the new charging circuit in this study aimed to improve this issue. Test results show that this design of a power management circuit using cell phone battery can raise the power transfer rate to be more than 65.7% and conclude that this is a more power-saving method.
