模板化線上教材設計系統之實作與可用性評估

Abstract

本研究以實作角度開發模板化線上教材設計系統:「有模有樣」。不同於以往模板系統的是:「有模有樣」系統的使用者能直接使用網頁瀏覽器在線上製作教材,並將教材發佈於教材匯集平台。教材設計者只要選定模板種類,就可以透過系統所提供的表單及教材設計輔助工具,一步一步建立教材內容;其中,有些表單必填,有些表單選填,教材設計者視需求決定是否套用表單。當教材設計者完成最後的輸入步驟後,系統會依據先前各表單的輸入內容,自動產生教材並掛載於平台,教材設計者不需進行複雜的多媒體設計或程式設計,即可產出線上教材。本研究亦徵求企業界在職人士參與模板系統的測試。測試者實際操作過「有模有樣」系統後,系統自動記錄了每一位測試者完成一個教材單元所花費之時間,以估算教材開發速度,結果顯示測試者教材單元時數與開發時數的比例約是1:12。在系統滿意度問卷方面,使用者平均滿意程度達滿意之上,其中以視覺設計面向滿意程度最高。從個別訪談中,了解到本系統實際應用於企業界的可行性以及可能會面臨到的困難,並獲得諸多將來系統改進之建議。
This study developed a template-based learning content development system. The system designed in this study allows developers compose learning materials directly on-line via web browser and directly publish their content onto platform. All an instructional designer has to do is to select a template type and enter learning materials into web-forms following the system’s guiding steps. After the last fill-in step is finished, the system automatically assembles learning content and saves them onto platform. Designers do not need strong techniques of multimedia or programming. Professional content designers were invited to test the system. Time spending on designing learning content is automatically recorded. The statistic results showed the ratio of the average length of a learning unit and that of designing it is one to twelve. The satisfaction survey indicated that overall satisfaction toward the system is above four point in a five point scale, and satisfaction toward visual design scored the highest marks. Interview of individual tester provided information about feasibility of applying this system into real business, possible difficulties, and directions for improving the system.
