營造樂活互助社區生活圈之研究

Abstract

本研究以參與式研究為研究方法，在研究者居住的美好社區內，配合新北市政府推動的銀髮俱樂部，透過社區內舉辦各種活動等的方式，營造一個老年人可以與社區內的其他成員互動的環境，增加老年人與其他人互動的機會。研究透過結構性訪談、非結構性訪談及半結構性訪談，發現社區的人都希望社區變的更好，就是需要有人出來帶頭做，本研究在美好社區內，就是做為帶領者，深入關懷老年人的需求與心理感受，並且透過人與人交流的溫暖，致力於讓老年人感受到快樂生活的意義，也提升大家願意以擔任志工或其他的方式來為社區付出的意願。不管是政府或是社區的住戶，都是以老年人可以安心的在地老化為目的，甚至社區外的各種單位，如區域醫院、學校、銀行等當地的機構，其實都是希望跟在地的社區進行互動，提供服務為美好社區帶來其專業的知識或服務，共同營造美好社區的樂活互助生活圈。This research uses participatory research as the research method. Cooperating with the silver-hair clubs promoted by the New Taipei City Government, through various activities in the community, an environment where the elderly can interact with other members of the community is created, to increasing opportunities for elderly interact with other people in the beautiful community that the researcher lives. Through structured interviews, unstructured interviews and semi-structured interviews, the research found that all people in the community hope the community to be better, that is, they need someone to take the lead in doing it. In the beautiful community, this study is to be a leader, deeply caring about the needs and psychological feelings of the elderly, and through the warmth of human communication, let the elderly feel the meaning of a happy life. It also enhances people's willingness to volunteer or other ways to contribute to the community. Regardless of whether it is the government or the residents in the community, the purpose is that the elderly can age with peace of mind in the local area. Even various units outside the community, such as regional hospitals, schools, banks and other local institutions, actually want to interact with the beautiful community. They hope to make the beautiful community mutual aid life circle more complete with their professional knowledge or services.
