dc.description.abstract本文介紹了美國、英國、法國、德國、日本及我國等六個國家共計15 個教師組織,包括美國的全美教育協會、美國教師聯盟;英國的全國教師聯合會、全國中學男女教師協會、教師專業協會、蘇格蘭教育協會;法國的國家教育聯盟;德國的教育與學術工會、德國語文教師協會;日本的日本教職員組合、全日本教職員聯盟、全日本教職員組合;我國的中華民國全國教育會、教師人權促進會、教師會。此外,尚簡介一個國際性的教師組織──國際教育組織。這些教師組織,均具有一項共同特性──政治性;作者從教師組織的運作策略、教師組織所走的路線(工會主義或專業主義),以及族群與性別關係等三個角度,來剖析此種特性。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThis paper is composed of two parts. Firstly, it introduces briefly fifteen teacher organizations in six countries that include USA, U.K., France, Germany, Japan, and ROC. In addition, it also introduces an international teacher organization- Education International. Secondly, it analyzes the political characteristics of teacher organizations from three perspectives:(1) the operational strategies of teacher organizations, (2) the developmental approach of teacher organizations - unionism or professionalism, and (3 )race relations and gender relations.en_US
