dc.description.abstract堰塞湖監測系統主控平台與資料蒐集網路之設計開發與建置 本計畫將負責整個系統的控制平台的開發及完成以Zig-Bee硬體電路設計及研製。第一年計畫主軸為完成(RS-232+Zig-Bee)及(USB+Zig-Bee)無線網路傳輸裝置的研製,並進行實測模擬與程式修改及連線測試。依建置完成的通訊網路上傳所搜集的資料,主控端系統軟體規畫監控時點、資料格式、上傳方式及主控端無線網路模組設計與方式作為本計畫第二年欲完成的項目。本計畫之特色為:建置一套可以管控該地區所有有關堰塞湖監測的系統,並做立即的分析與判斷,且依現有的通訊網路完成資料上傳,讓決策中心做最快速及最明確的判斷。主控端控制平台建置完成後,將使各偵測端之間,或偵測端與主控平台之間都具有無線網路的傳輸功能。進而達到由決策中心下達監看點的選擇,及對每一個偵測器完成自我測試是否正常的訊息確認。達到監控每一個偵測端是否正常運作,並能記錄其偵測資料及自我測試之訊息,才能達到全面控管、即時維修的目的。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThe project entitled “Design and development of the master platform and the data collection network for dammed lake monitoring systems” is to develop a control platform incorporating Zig-Bee wireless system for communicating from and to all of the remote detectors and systems in dammed lakes under monitoring. Implementation of wireless communication devices of the control platform on the control site, including RS-232+Zig-Bee and USB+Zig-Bee modules, will be completed for practical communication testing in the first year. In the second year, the control platform to be developed will be responsible for planning of the monitoring area, data format for transmission, communication methods with the distributed detecting systems, etc. Communication networks of the detectors in distributed detecting dammed lakes with the control site will be implemented so that data collected from the detecting site can be successfully uploaded to the control platform. One of the salient features of the project is the implementation of a decision making system, which controls and coordinates the operation of remote detectors for debris flow detection scattered in an area under monitoring by the control platform. Based on the information collected from the detectors via wireless communication networks and analyzed by the control platform, timely and correct decision on the occurrence of debris flow can be made. The project, once completed, will allow detecting systems independently operated in the detecting site to seamlessly communicate among themselves, as well as communicate with the control platform. As a result, decision can be made via the control platform to choose a particular area for monitoring, examine detectors in the remote site for normal operation by self diagnosis, and record the detection information collected from the distributed detectors on a real-time basis.en_US
