dc.description.abstractWith increasingly advanced information technology, it’s very common that organizations introduce new information technology (IT) to enhance their benefit. This study use Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model as a foundation to establish a research on the intention that the employee of travel agency according to the how much they will accept the new technology. Data collected from 480 respondents in Taiwan were tested against the research model using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results provide further insights into travel agency management strategies.en_US
