| dc.description.abstract | 〈律師的故事〉辭藻高雅，情節感人，有關學者咸認為律師這個角色的作用在於重申傳統威權的價值及其重要性。本論文擬以此為基礎，進一步討論重新樹立威權的背後可能的形塑因素，並藉以探討中世紀教會涵納騎士傳統對內凝聚共識，對外排除異己的策略。喬瑟一方面透過律師和客棧主人的對談，揭示貴族階級價值觀的實質內涵，乃維繫封建社會穩定權力架構的運作模式。另一方面，喬瑟也藉由律師述說的故事來痛加針砭這個運作模式其實是奠基在對異族的壓迫上。論文主要論述分成三大項：（1）威權意識的建立和鞏固；（2）中世紀教會對伊斯蘭教戒慎恐懼的歷史成因；（3）中世紀社會普遍對異族的仇外心態和血腥鎮壓。 | zh_tw |
