Abstract: 計畫目標:1.瞭解民眾與森林步道的互動情況及參與森林步道環境治理之意向2.分析社區居民參與森林步道環境治理之機會與挑戰3.協助社區參與森林步道的環境治理及發展生態旅遊 架構(重要工作項目)1.分析社區居民對森林步道的認知及參與環境治理之意向2.探討遊客對當地森林步道的使用情況及滿意度3.評估森林步道的經濟評價與遊憩效益4.探討森林步道環境治理的制度分析5.分析民眾參與地理資訊系統(PPGIS)在生態旅遊上之應用6.協助當地社區參與森林步道的環境治理7.協助當地社區進行森林步道的生態旅遊規劃 預期效益1.協助社區參與森林步道的環境治理。2.發表森林步道學術期刊論文並培育研究生。3.提供林務局未來繼續推行社區林業計畫之參考。
Objectives: 1. Understanding relationship between public and forested trails, and studying public intention to participate in environmental governance of forested trails. 2. Analyzing the opportunities and challenges about public participation in environmental governance of forested trails. 3. Cooperating communities to participate in environmental governance of forested trails and to develop ecological tourism. Items of important works 1. Analyzing residents’ perception and intention for participating in environmental governance of forested trails. 2. Studying tourists’ utilization and satisfaction about local forested trails. 3. Evaluating economic values and recreation benefits of forested trails. 4. Studying institution analysis about environmental governance of forested trails. 5. Analyzing the application of public participation geographic information system (PPGIS) in ecological tourism. 6. Cooperating local communities to participate in environmental governance of forested trails. 7. Cooperating local communities to plan ecological tourism of forested trails. Expected benefits 1. Encouraging communities to participate in environmental governance of forested trails. 2. Publishing academic papers about forested trails and training graduate students. 3. Providing suggestions to Taiwan Forestry Bureau for implementing community forestry in the future.
