Abstract: 很多研究顯示弱智人士的公開就業率非常低。僱主所持的負面態度很可能是影響就業機會的因素。這調查在香港舉行並研究六十六間聘用弱智僱員的公司及工廠、要求僱主對二十二項有關聘用時所做的決定而做評估。結果顯示僱主甚為關注僱員的生產力、亦表示雇用弱智人士並不會引起成本上漲。
