Abstract: 培養高素質的教師,師資培育機構扮演極為重要的角色,「 專業發展學校」聯繫師培機構與學校之間,是整合理論與實務的場所,裨益於師資培育與教師專業發展。本文從教學現場的觀察反思「師資培用」連結的可能性,理念層面探討「專業發展學校」的緣起、功能、特徵、類型與連作,進而分析影響其運作的因素,並以我國「師資培用」的實例探究「專業發展學校」的實踐,如:師資培育課程的協同、教育實習階段的轉化、在職教師的專業成長等,期能對於「專業發展學校」理念的應用與實踐提高可行性。
