|Abstract:||戶外探索活動寓有運動、休閒與教育的涵義，特別適合青少年階段的身心發展需 求。多年來我國國中教育在升學主義箝制中，仍難免過度競爭與過度考試，使眾多學生 背負莫名的挫折與壓力，學習效果也大打折扣。本研究的目的在運用戶外探索的體驗方 式，融入觀察與反思指導，來深化身體活動經驗的意義，同時也為當前國中教育的困境， 拓展新的出路和希望。|
The study aims to use outdoor adventure-based activities as a medium to help students develop individual and group initiative, spirit, independence and competence. According to some researches, it seems that a series of well-designed outdoor adventurous activities can help a person to break the cycles of failure and bring about an increase in that person’s ability to feel good about himself. It is therefore important to get a grip on the essence of outdoor adventure-based activities. Then we can develop appropriate programs for our students.
