Study on the Subject Leaders' Curriculum Leadership and Related Problems of the Grade 1-9 Coherent Curriculum in Junior High School
|Abstract:||近年來，隨著教育政策不斷地推陳出新，國家社會對人才的需求、學生的身 心發展以及家長對教師的期待等，都隨時在調整及改變，校長必須發揮教學領導 的功能，帶領全體教師邁向更專業化的教學，方能因應整個教育生態的需求，而 教師專業學習社群的推動，正可促進教師專業的發展，進一步提升學校教學效能。 教師專業學習社群的形成與運作，校長的教學領導居於關鍵的地位。本研究 即主要在探討國民中學校長教學領導與教師專業學習社群發展模式之建構，擬進 行為期二年的研究，所採取的研究方法有個案研究、問卷調查、焦點團體座談、 個別訪談、文件分析等，以了解國民中學校長教學領導與教師專業學習社群發展 的現況與差異、探討國民中學校長教學領導與教師專業學習社群發展的關係、析 述國民中學校長教學領導對教師專業學習社群發展的影響、建構國民中學校長教 學領導與教師專業學習社群發展的模式，以供相關單位及人員參考。 本研究預期之貢獻有三：第一，本研究針對校長的教學領導及教師專業學習 社群做完整的探究，有助於理論的深化；第二，本研究以國民中學教師為對象發 展研究工具，可作為後續研究之檢證；第三，透過本研究可以建構國民中學校長 教學領導與教師專業學習社群發展的模式，作為學校推動校長教學領導與教師專 業學習社群發展、互動的參考。|
In recent years, the demand of country and society for talents, the development of students, and parents’ expectation for teachers have changed and adjusted through the progress of educational policies. In order to respond educational circumstances timely, principals have to develop instructional leadership and lead teachers to achieve professional teaching. The implement of teachers’ professional learning community could promote teacher ’s professional development and the effectiveness of school teaching. Instructional leadership of principal is the key point of the formation and operation of teachers’ professional learning community. This research explores the construction of a development model for principal s’ instructional leadership and teachers’ professional learning community of junior high school s. Utilizing case study, questionnaire inquiry, focal point group discussion, interview, and literature review, this paper analyzed the relationship between principals’ instructional leadership and teachers’ professional learning community of junior high school s, which might provide some insight for relevant organizations and members . The expected research contributions are following : First, this research would focus on principals’ instructional leadership and teachers’ professional learning community, which would improve the cultivation of theory. Second, this research takes junior high school teachers as object to develop the research tool, and it would be the foundation for further studies. Third, through this research, it will construct a development model for principal s’ instructional leadership and teachers’ professional learning community of junior high school s, and will provide some suggestions for schools which are willing to proceed to develop it.
