Title: 運用電腦網路輔導高職機械群實習教師之研究

Abstract: 本研究主要目的在建立高職機械群實習教師「網路輔導系統」進行教學實習輔導,即時處理機械群實習教師在工場實習教學所面臨之問題,以達輔導的最佳功能與時效。為達上述目的,本研究採銓釋性訪談、專家會議與領域分析等方式進行,以蒐集並分析文獻及專家學者之意見,獲得輔導之內涵或議題,進一步作為網路輔導之基礎架構。為發展並使用電腦網路以輔導高職機械群實習教師,在實習教學的過程中以(1)建立資料;(2)線上隨機式建立資料以及輔導交談;(3)運用Mail 資源作為溝通與建立之途徑;(4)運用心得交換版面(News Group)做問題討論及張貼(Post-question)使實習教師獲得即時性的指導與協助。而在應用網路輔導的過程則以鷹架 (Scaffolding)理論為主要策略。在輔導內涵方面,本研究著重於「工場實習教學」,據此擬定輔導內容,同時探討最佳之輔導模式,以作為機械群實習教師遠距輔導之基礎。本研究主要獲得電腦輔導網路流程與模式、系統應用、以及實施成效等三部分的重要結論。並且提出相關建議,提供相關單位及後續研究者做應用或研究之參考。
To help immediately the practice teachers of vocational high school solve the problem in mechanical workshop teaching program, this study tries to establish a distance guidance system to reinforce the teaching efficiency of practice teachers. The flermeneutic Method, Expert Conference and Domain Analysis were adapted in this study to collect and analyze the articles and the opinion of experts about the subject of debate. This result was regarded as the framework and topic of the distance guidance system.The current distance guidance system developed in this study contains: (a) database in batch, (b) on-line discussion, (c) E-mail communication, and (d) news group discussion and question posting. The scaffolding theory, which is a guidance model, is the main strategy in the process of implementing network guidance. From this system, the practice teacher can get assistance and instruction immediately. The mechanical workshop practice teaching is the major part of guidance content. Furthermore, the best guidance model was explored to be the basis for developing the distance guidance system.
