Abstract:      臺灣在新制師資培育制度實施後,實習輔導教師的角色日漸重要。而美國加利福尼亞州為提昇實習輔導教師實習輔導知能,早已規劃實習輔導教師培訓方案。本文從探討美國加州實習輔導教師培訓方案,期為我國規劃實習輔導教師培訓方案提供參考。
     The roles of the mentors are getting more and more important after the new teacher education was enforced in Taiwan. In order to improve the mentors' repertoire, there has been designed the mentor training programs for years in California. We should make reference to the California mentor training programs for designing the mentor training programs in Taiwan.
