An Analysis of Core Competencies for High-End Energy Engineers and Technologists--- Applications of Dacum-Amod Method and Fuzzy Delphi Technique

The energy technology industry in Taiwan is in transition and needs many quality and high-end engineers and technologists. In order to effectively prepare this workforce, the related programs and curriculum in universities/colleges need a set of well-identified competencies for the workforce. The purpose of this project is to analyze and verify necessary core competencies by means of systematic analysis. Literature review, penal discussion, DACUM-AMOD method, and fuzzy Delphi technique will be employed to attain the purpose. In addition to present the set of core competencies, further applications of this result will be suggested.
