|Abstract:||本研究旨在瞭解教師；教育行政人員及家長分別對技藝教育方案執行項目落實程度與達成預期目標之看法。本研究採描述研究法，透過調查與訪問蒐集教育方案實施情形相關資料，研究工具係以自編的「技藝教育方案實施成效意見調查問卷」。教育人員卷與家長卷各乙份。 本研究随機抽取辦理技藝教育方案之學校，全國21縣市共抽得5503所國中；164所高職；5所專科學校；2所職訓中心及縣市政府教育廳局等機構之教育人員，共發出1516份，回收916份回收率約6成左右。家長卷寄發110所學校家長計560份問卷，回收156份，回收率約2成左右。本研究針對回收資料採次數分配統計分析。 根據分析結果獲致以下結論： 1.技藝教育方案的執行項目，仍有許多尚待落實之處。 2.技藝教育方案各項預定目標的達程度上，教育人員與家長表示肯定。 3.技藝教育方案的實施不僅符合世界教育潮流，更有助於我國中等教育階段青少年的適性發展。 由上述結論中，本研究擬對辦理技藝教育方案提出三項改進意見。|
This study aims to explore the performance of the practical arts education plan, as well as analyze the opinions of teachers, educational administrative staffs, and parents, regarding the practical arts education plan. Descriptive method, aided with surveys and field interviews, were used in this study to collect information on performances of the practical arts education plan. The research instrument used was a self-developed questionnaire titled, "A survey of performance of the practical arts education plan." This questionnaire consisted of two copies, one for educational administrative staffs and teachers, and the other for parents. There were 1,516 study samples from educational administrative staffs and teachers from 553 junior high schools, 164 vocational high schools, 5 junior colleges, 2 vocational training centers, and educational administration bureaus. The 916 valid surveys received accounts for 60% of total surveys distributed. Study samples were received from 560 parents, whose children participated in the practical arts education plan at 100 schools. The 156 valid surveys received, accounts for 20% of total surveys distributed. Based on the research findings and conclusions, substantial recommendations can be made. Further Results provides methods to enhance the performance of the practical arts education plan from three aspects. Quality and quantity received equal attention in this study. Information obtained was statistically analyzed by frequency distribution The main conclusions from this study are summarized as follows: 1. The performances of the practical arts education plan are poor. 2. There is a positive tendency of opinion by parents, teachers, and education administrative staffs or the practical arts education plait. 3. The practical arts education plan is not only a current world phenomenon but also helps in the development of teenagers.
