Title: 社區大學組織發展與課程管理互動過程之研究--以台北市及桃園縣兩所社區大學為例

Abstract: 本研究旨在探究社區大學如何面對現有的社會環境與成人學習市場需求等結構性氛圍,並分析在不同的組織發展階段,社區大學如何於貫徹實踐核心理念的掙扎中,與課程管理機制進行協議及互動,而在有限的選擇中尋找社大的定位、特色與出路。因此。本研究的目的有二: 一、探討外部社會環境及成人學習市場需求如何影響社區大學的組織發展與運作。 二、探討社區大學在組織發展各階段過程中之課程管理(規劃與實施)型態。 為達成上述目的,本研究採取質性取向之行動研究法,藉由文件分析、參與觀察和深度訪談等技術進行兩個研究個案的資料蒐集,透過行動研究設計的計畫、行動、觀察、反思以及再計畫等循環性過程,研究結果將得到深入的分析與結論。
The purpose of this study is to inquiry on the processes between organizational development and curriculum governance in Taiwan’s community colleges. Therefore, the aim of the study are as follows: 1. To understand when facing the changing social environments and mar- kets of adult learning needs, how the community colleges staff do and what their organizational operation processes are. 2. To explore the dynamic interaction relationships between organizational development and curriculum governance ? According to the research purpose of the above, action research method are used, and document analyses, participant observation and in-depth interviewing techniques are also used to collect data and information. The sample are selected from two cities(or counties) in Northern Taiwan.
