Abstract: 近年來,受到校園民主化及教師法等相關法令公布之影響,學校組織變革及學校行政革新遂成為學校教育改革的新焦點。由於企業組織在因應變革的能力方面,向來優於教育組織;因此,企業組織理論應有其可供學校行政革新參考之處。是以,本文乃分析學習型組織、網狀組織、加速度組織、教導型組織及虛擬團隊組織等九0年代主要企業組織理論之內涵,並歸納其共同特徵以作為研訂學校行政革新策略之參照。上述理論的共同特徵,包括:共同願景、授權、專業分工、團隊學習、資訊流通、參與管理、培養人才及彈性機動等,這些共同特徵對於學校行政革新而言,具有啟發性的參考價值。再者,本文針對九0年代主要企業組織理論之各項共同特徵,提出其在學校行政革新應用之具體作法及建議;另外,並提出學校行政革新在應用企業組織理論時,所必須面臨的限制及應有的正確理念,以供參考。
Recently, the democracy trends within the school campus have caused organizational changes in schools and the innovation of school administration. Since enterprise organizations have better capacities in response to the organizational changes, we researched the common characteristics of the theory of Learning Organization, Web Organization, Accelerating Organization, Teaching Organization, and Virtual Team Organization. We found these common characteristics are very useful to the improvement of school administration. This article provides some suggestions concerning the use of these common characteristics to the innovation of school administration.
