Abstract: 本研究之目的在於評價四種身體活體問卷的信度與效度,研究對象為自願的大學女生80名,新式的身體活動量儀器RT3 Tri-axial被使用作為效標,三週後以再測來檢測信度,結果發現三日回憶記錄法的效度為Spearman’s rho=0.47 (p<0.001),信度為0.78(p<0.001),Stanford一般身體活動問卷重度活動部份效度為0.29 (p<0.001),信度為0.44 (p<0.001),中度活動部份效度為0.07 (p>0.05),信度為0.77 (p<0.001),Lipid Research Clinics問卷效度為0.02 (p>0.05),信度為0.56 (p<0.001),Godin休閒活動問卷身體活動分數效度為0.32 (p<0.001),信度為0.45 (p<0.001)。另以複迴歸分析發現三日回憶記錄法與Godin休閒活動問卷是RT3 Tri-axial所測得之身體活動量的重要預測變項,本研究結論指出三日回憶記錄法相較於其他三種工具是較佳的身體活動測量方法。
The purpose of this study was to evaluated four physical activity questionnaires for reliability and validity in 80 college female. A new motion monitor RT3 Tri-axial was used as validity criterion. The result indicated the validity of Bouchard Three-Day Physical Activity Record (3D-PAR) was Spearman’s rho=0.47 (p<0.001), Stanford vigorous activity questionnaire (Stanford) was 0.29 (p<0.001), Lipid research clinic research clinic research questionnaire (LRC) was 0.02 (P>0.05), and the scores of Godin Leisure-Time Exercise Questionnaire (Godin) was 0.32 (p<0.001). The 3-weeks later test-retest was examined, the reliability of 3D-PAR was 0.78. Stanford moderate activity questionnaire was 0.77 (p<0.001), Stanford vigorous activity questionnaire was 0.44 (p<0.001), LRC was 0.56 (p>0.05), and the scores of Godin ranged from 0.45 (p<0.001). The results of the full model regression indicated the significant variables were the 3D-PAR and Godin. It is concluded that the 3D-PAR is the relative valid and reliability tool of estimating physical activity in college female.
