Abstract: 大豆素為葛根的主要藥效,其相關化合物亦多具藥理活性。本研究以-羥基或-甲氧基苯乙酸為起始物進行環化及烷化反應,合成個化合物(包括4個新化合物),發現取代基大小及羥基的存在似與若干藥理活性有關連
Daidzein is the most important active component in Pueraria root. Many com-pounds related to it are also found to have special biological activities. In order to find the relationship between the structure and the biological activities, daidzein, l, and its 6 derivatives, 2-7, have been synthesized from 4-hydroxy or 4-methoxyphenyl ethanoic acid via cyclization and alkylation reaction. The pharmacological test showed that the factor of the size of substituents and the presence of hydroxyl group on the benzene ring could not be ignored.
