Abstract: 本文主旨要探討智能障礙者之手功能表現情形,包括不同性別及障礙等級在手功能表的差異及不同手功能評估工具間的關聯。 本研究對象為南部某國立啟智學校學生,診斷均為智能障礙。個案可理解簡單口語指示與示範動作,共68名,本研究使用四種手功能評估工具進行測試。統計方法以SPSS統計軟體進行資料分析。 結果顯示,一、不同性別個案的手功能有顯著差異。二、四種手功能評估工具彼此具中高度相關(p<.01)。三、四組不同障礙程度個案在手功能的表現上具有顯著不同。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the hand function for persons with mental retardation. A total of 68 students with mental retardation in southern Taiwan were included in this study. They were tested on four types of hand function evaluation tools. The SPSS software were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that persons with different gender performed differently wit statistical significance. The four hand function tests correlated with each other with moderate to high correlation coefficients.
