Abstract: 本文著眼特殊教育教師專業成長的必要性,進而從文獻與實務經驗提出特殊教育教學輔導教師制度的建立與推動。期盼特殊教育教學輔導教師制度能對特殊教育教師的專業成長注入活水。
This article is focused on special education teachers’ professional growth. The article urges a combination of the use of both literature and practical experience to promote and inspire the mentor teacher system in special education. It is hoped for that a mentor teacher system, used to help special education teachers, can serve to enhance teachers' professional development.
