Abstract: 特殊教育融合的理想實踐及推行,團隊合作的精神扮演重要的角色及一股勢不可遏的潮流。特教教師能否在校園推展特殊教育時展現自己的專業知識及背景,充分扮演有效的溝通協調及橋樑的角色,實是值得我們重視的議題。惟有特教教師的自我充實,及角色功能的發揮,團隊合作的品質才能提昇,融合教育的理想及目標才得以實踐。
Teaming cooperation was essential in inclusive educational settings. Special education teachers in collaborative teams must serve as collaborative consulters, case managers, and team facilitators to be effective in providing services needed.
