dc.description.abstractThrough observation and deep interview, this study tried to explore the violin maker’s knowledge transition and sharing of manufacturing violins. This essay discusses two issues. Firstly, what are the characteristics of tacit knowledge of manufacture technologies of violins? Secondly, how does the tacit knowledge was transited and shared? This article focuses on the process of learning by doing especially. Finally, the author provides some suggestions for further studies.en_US
