Abstract: 雖然影響學生學習的因素繁多,然而在學校中,教師對於學生的學習發揮著絕對的影響力。事實上,資優教育教帥的重要性是資優教育研究文獻中一再強調的主要論點之一,一般咸信,資優教育教師之良廠是決定資優教學方案成敗的重要關鍵性因素。本文分就資優教育教師之「專業能力」以及「專業成長歷程」進行探討,並綜合歸納資優教育教師如何透過專業成長以厚植專業能力。
There are many factors can affect the studying of students, but in school, teachers definitely play the important roles. As a matter of fact , the significance of gifted education teachers is one of the main discourses that repeatedly emphasized in the literature of related topic. It is believed that the quality of teachers is the key element whether the gifted education program can be successful or not. This paper discusses the professional competence and growth experiences of gifted education teachers, and further concludes that how the gifted education teacher consolidates her/his own growth experience and enhances the professional capability
