Abstract: 成就動機是促成個體追求成功的一種心理需求,對學生學習與學業成就的影響極為密切。本文乃就有關教師期望、父母期望與成就動機之研究做一簡單之回顧。建議教師或家長應對學生/子女的能力有所了解,而據此訂定合理的期望水準,並對其平日的成就加以重視,時常給予鼓勵,必可激發其成就動機。(轉錄自國立臺灣師範大學教育論文摘要第20輯)
