Abstract: 本文以數位物件為基礎,建構節目製播流程,並以三立電視的地理雜誌系列節目為個案研究對象。在數位化發展、數位多媒體平台迅速發展的脈絡之下,廣電媒體的節目製作,將面臨與其他數位平台業者搶食「內容」(content)的競爭狀況。因此,廣電媒體應以更有效率的製播流程,從產銷合一的觀點,在強化節目品質與平衡閱聽人需求的前提下,創造出最大的閱聽觀眾與營運收益。 本研究以個案研究方法,分析三立電視的時代背景、地理雜誌系列節目的內容組合與營狀現況,參考業界專業人員的建議與經驗,提出一套以數位物件為基礎,建構完整的電視節目製播循環流程。製播流程包含數個重要元素,數位物件素材的選取與編碼、數位物件與電視節目製播流程的溝通與融合、無帶化環境建構、數位物件系統檢索與管理、數位物件資料庫的營運模式、平衡節目品質與閱聽人需求等。最後根據研究結果提出建議,提升創意編碼能力、建立完善的流程架構與行動方針、開拓節目多元視野、建立良好品質管制與產銷合一體系,並且重視閱聽人管理,統整企業核心資源等。 本研究的研究結果,預期應具有可複製效益。可以推廣至其他文教資訊類節目等相關製播環境。並且可利用數位物件的完整資料系統,於多頻道、多媒體、多通路中,加值整合再應用於教育資料庫、版權授權、資料庫授權、數位物件影音內容販售等。
This research is based on digital objects to develop TV program production process, and target Sanlih E-Television the Taiwan& World Geographic Magazine Series programs for case study.Under the rising tendency of digitization and digital multimedia platforms, the broadcasters have to face the competition that robing “ the content ” with other opponents. Therefore the broadcasters must create the maximum audience and profit based on the effective production process with unifying production and marketing under balancing the quality of TV programs and the demands of audience. This research is a case study to analyze the background of Sanlih E-Television and the operating mode of the Taiwan& World Geographic Magazine Series programs. This research brings up a complete circle production process of TV programs based on digital objects integrated with experienced suggestions from the professionals of the industry. The production process includes several important elements: the choices and the encoding of the digital object materials, the communication and the integration between digital objects and the production process of TV programs, the non-tape environment, the retrieval and themanagement of the digital object system, the business model of the digital object database, and the balance between the demand and the quality of audience etc.. Put forward some suggestion according to the result of the research finally: improve the creative encoding ability, establishing proper process system and principles, broadening diversified visions of the programs, building up quality management and the system combined with production and marketing, making much of audience relationship management, and integrating core resources of corporation etc.. The result of study of this research, it is expected that should have reproducible benefits . It may popularize the process to other informational, cultural and educational TV programs. It also may utilize the abundant materials from the digital object database to add value to educational database, authorization of the copyright, and sale of the content of the digital objects in multimedia paltforms.
