Abstract: 在邁向一個資訊科技化的社會,電腦與網路應用在行政事務上已相當普及,在教育行政方面,配合行政院所推動的「電子化政府推動方案」,並公布「九年一貫課程成績評量及學籍電子資料交換規格標準2.0 版」,開始了學校教育行政電腦化的時代。 由於各縣市教育經費不均,為了減少購買學務系統所需要的沉重開支,達成教育當局「減輕教職員的負擔、增加使用者的工作效率、達成學生資料即時更新與學籍成績全面電子化交換」的期望,台中市即自行開發「網路化(web-based) 校務行政系統-學校自由軟體(school free software)」(以下簡稱SFS學務系統)。 此套軟體在台中市已全面施用,因此本研究藉由國中教育人員對於系統使用的觀感,來探討SFS學務系統是否確實可有效促進系統效益。 經由相關文獻的收集與整理,本研究採用DeLone 和 McLean的資訊成功模式為架構,探討SFS學務系統之知覺品質、知覺使用與系統效益的關係。 本研究將引用問卷調查法,對台中市國民中學的教育人員進行調查,首先以專家座談擬定問卷調查之內容,接著進行小規模的問卷預試,回收的問卷再經過信度、效度分析結果後修正討論,產生正式問卷。於2012年月5月完成416份有效樣本之問卷調查,對回收之問卷資料分析會以SPSS軟體執行t檢定、變異數分析、迴歸分析等之驗證。 經過統計及分析整理後,本研究得到的結果如下: 一、國中教育人員使用SFS學務系統之知覺品質、知覺使用及系統效益的表現屬「中上程度」,均能知覺到不錯的品質表現、使用表現及良好的系統效益。 二、知覺品質及其分量表的表現因不同年齡、教學年資、學校班級數、學校所在地區、身分類別而有顯著的差異。 三、知覺使用及其分量表的表現因不同身分類別而有顯著的差異。 四、系統效益的表現因不同教學年資、學校班級數而有顯著的差異。 五、知覺品質、知覺使用、系統效益三個層面及其分層面互相成正相關。 六、知覺品質各層面:系統品質、系統品質、資訊品質,可以有效預測國中教育人員使用SFS學務系統之整體知覺使用之其各層面:系統使用、使用者滿意度的表現。 七、系統品質、系統品質、資訊品質,可以有效預測系統效益的表現。 八、系統使用、使用者滿意度,可以有效預測系統效益的表現。 九、知覺使用對系統效益相關性及預測力最高,因此建議後續研究者可以多著重此方面的研究。
Toward the science, technology and information society, computer and network applied to administrative matters has become quite common. In educational administration, owing to Executive Yuan promoting “the e-govermment program”-“Nine-year curriculum scores assessment and enrollment electronic data exchange specification version 2.0” began the age of computerized school education administration. Due to unequal founding for education in every county and city, Taichung city developed“web-based school administration system”- “school free software”(SFS) to decrease the purchase of heavy expenses of the academic system, reach expectations of “alleviating the burden on staff, increasing the user’s work efficiency, and arriving the student data real time updates and the enrollment scores of a fully electronic exchange”. The SFS has been fully applied in Taichung city. Therefore, the study explores the system whether it can effectively promote the system benefits by educators of junior high school to the perception of system usage. Through the collection and arrangement of the relevant literature, the study uses information success model of DeLone& McLean for the architecture to explore the SFS relationship of perceived quality, perceived usage and system benefits. The study will use questionnaire method to investigate the educators of junior high school in Taichung city. First, use expert discussion to draft the contents of questionnaire. Next, proceed the small-scale questionnaires pretest. Then, response the questionnaires, analyze the result ,modify and discuss the questionnaire. Finally, develop the formal questionnaires. Complete the questionnaires of 416 valid samples on May in 2012. The study using SPSS software to execute t test and analysis of variance, regression analysis verifies the response questionnaires data. The study obtains the result after statistics and analysis as follows: 1.The perceived quality, perceived use and system benefits of junior high school educators with SFS was “above the intermediate level”. They can percept well on performance of quality, the performance of use and system benefits. 2.The perceived quality and subscale sheet of SFS have significant difference between different age, education seniority, the number of school classes, the school location, and identity. 3.The perceived quality and subscale sheet of SFS have significant difference to the identity. 4.The system benefits of SFS has significant difference between education seniority, the number of school classes. 5.The perceived quality, perceived use and system benefits were highly positive correlated. 6.The perceived quality of SFS: system quality, service quality and information quality can effectively predict the overall perceived quality of SFS: the performance of system use and user satisfaction. 7.The system quality, service quality and information quality can be used to effectively predict the system benefits of SFS. 8.The system use and user satisfaction can be used to effectively predict the system benefits of SFS. 9.Perceived use is the highest to the system benefits correlation and predictive power. Therefore, the study suggests the future researcher can explore this side.
