Abstract: 本研究旨在調查全國大學校院學生事務人員組織創新經營知覺程度之現況,探討不同背景變項的大學校院學生事務人員在組織創新經營各層面之差異情形。 本研究以107學年度第一學期全國大學校院學生事務人員為研究對象,採量化研究,以分層隨機抽樣法,針對21所大學校院,抽取356位學生事務人員,以「大學校院學生事務組織創新經營調查問卷」進行調查,共回收346份,有效問卷345份,有效問卷回收率為99.71%。運用SPSS(19.0)套裝軟體進行敘述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法分析所得資料。本研究主要發現如下: 一、全國大學校院學生事務人員整體組織創新經營知覺程度良好,其中以組織氣氛創新層面知覺程度最高。 二、不同學校性質、學校地區、學務處環境氛圍之學生事務人員對組織創新經營知覺程度有顯著差異。 (一)不同學校性質的學生事務人員在「專業發展創新」層面,公立大學校院、私立大學校院、私立技職校院的學生事務人員優於公立技職校院學生事務人員。 (二)不同學校地區的學生事務人員在「資訊科技創新」層面,中區學務中心的學生事務人員優於北區學務中心的學生事務人員;在「組織氣氛創新」層面,中區學務中心的學生事務人員高於北區學務中心的學生事務人員。 (三)不同工作的學務處環境氛圍的學生事務人員在「組織創新經營整體層面」、「專業發展創新」、「公共關係創新」、「學生活動創新」、「組織氣氛創新」,知覺友善的學生事務人員優於不友善及沒意見的學生事務人員;在「行政管理創新」層面知覺友善的學生事務人員優於不友善的學生事務人員;在「資訊科技創新」層面知覺友善的學生事務人員優於沒意見的學生事務人員。 三、不同服務年資、服務組別、擔任職務、編制人數之學生事務人員對組織創新經營知覺程度無顯著差異 最後根據本研究結果,針對學生事務組織及學生事務人員提出建議,以作為未來的學生事務工作提供參考之依據。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation about the awareness of the innovation management of student affairs staff in whole colleges and universities. Furthermore, it explores on the various background variables would lead to the different responds on each aspect of organizational innovation management from the reflection of higher education students affairs staff. The research object in this study is the student affairs staffs from whole universities and colleges in the first semester of the 107 academic year. This study applied to quantitative research. By taking the stratified random sampling, 356 student affair officers are selected from 21 aimed colleges and universities in the primary stage. The survey of Student Affairs Organization's Innovation Management Questionnaire collected 346 questionnaires and counted 345 in valid. The ratio of effective questionnaire reaches 99.71%. To analyze the data obtained, this study adopts some statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA by the SPSS (19.0). The main findings of this study are as follows: 1. The student affairs staff from whole national universities and colleges have the positive perception of whole organizational innovation management. The high ranking shows on the awareness of the organizational atmosphere. 2. For the student affairs staff, the obvious differences appear on the perception of organizational innovation and management among the school nature, school location and student affairs atmosphere. (1) It could tell the school nature influence on the aspect of “Professional Development and Innovation.” As the student affairs staff from public universities, private universities and private vocational schools gave more positive than the staff of public technical schools. (2) Student affairs staff work from different school districts could be another result. It reflects on the level of the “Information Technology Innovation” and “Organization atmosphere Innovation”. The student affairs staff from central district gave more marks than the student affairs staff from north district in these two levels. (3) Student Affairs staff in the different working academic environment showed the diverse results in the "organizational innovation management in overall ", "professional development and innovation", "public relations innovation", "student activities innovation", "organizational atmosphere innovation". Student affairs staff with perception friendliness is better than people working with perception unfriendliness or in natural. In the "administrative management innovation", staffs with perception friendliness is better than people working with perception unfriendliness. Lastly, staffs with perception friendliness is better than people working with perception in natural for the "information technology innovation" level 3. There is no significant difference of the perception degree in an organizational innovation management among the service years, service groups, positions, and numbers of crew. Finally, based on the findings of this study, it provides some viewpoints for whole national colleges, student affairs organizations, and student affairs staff on the future student affairs work.
