Study on Healthy Lifestyle and the Related Factors among theClinical Nurses in an-Area Teaching Hospital in New Taipei City Taiwan

以 2010年新北市某地區教學醫院251名護理人員為研究母群體，採橫斷式調查法，以自填問卷方式進行資料收集，發出180份問卷，回收178份，有效問卷176份，有效回收率達97.7%。以SPSS for Windows 12.0視窗版統計套裝軟體進行平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、薛費氏事後比較及多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。
The purpose of this study were to explore the present status of healthy lifestyle of the subjects; to compare the differences of the demographic variables on perceived health status, health concepts and healthy lifestyles, respectively; to describe the relationships among perceived health status, health concepts, and healthy lifestyles; and to analyze to predictors for healthy lifestyles. The subjects were the clinical nurses in an Area Teaching Hospital in new Taipei City in 2010. A cross-sectional dseign was adopted and data were collected from176 clinical nurses through self reported questionnaires, which presented a 97.7% of the valid response rate. The data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows 12.0 using mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson`s product-moment correlation , Scheffe`s test and multiple regression analysis . The main conclusions of the study were as follows: 1.In the aspect of healthy lifestyles, the highest score was the interpersonal support, followed by stress management and nutrition with the same score, self-actualization health, responsibility and exercise the lowest score. 2.Of the demographic variables, age and significant with the health lifestyles positive correlation with health lifestyles. 3.It was found that age and the highest educational background had significant difference on healthy lifestyle, respectively. 4.Health concept and perceived health status of the subjects had a positive correlation with health lifestyles. 5.Of the demographic variables, age and, perceived health status and health concept of the subjects were the significant predictors and explained 35% of the total variance of healthy lifestyles. However perceived health status was the strongest predictor. According to findings of this study could present as references for clinical health practice and administration to promote health lifestyles among the clinical nurses and for further research in this field.
