Abstract: 熱量標示對夜市民眾健康餐食行為意圖及相關因素影響 以遼寧夜市為例 學生:鄭名宏 指導教授:曾治乾 摘要 本研究旨在探討遼寧夜市消費者的社會人口學變項、有無注意熱量標示的情形、健康餐食知識、健康餐食態度、健康餐食行為意圖間的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法。研究對象為400位遼寧夜市的消費者。結果發現: 一 健康餐食知識得分,年齡高的消費者得分顯著高於年齡低的消費者;到夜市頻率低的消費者得分顯著高於到夜市頻率高的消費者。 二 健康餐食態度得分,女性消費者的大部份健康餐食態度得分顯著高於男性消費者;到夜市頻率低消費者的大部份健康餐食態度得分顯著高於到夜市頻率高的消費者。 三 健康餐食行為意圖得分,女性消費者大部分健康餐食行為意圖得分顯著高於男性消費者;到夜市頻率低消費者的大部分健康餐食行為意圖得分顯著高於到夜市頻率高的消費者。 四 健康餐食知識與健康餐食態度有顯著相關;健康餐食知識與健康餐食行為意圖有顯著相關;健康餐食態度與健康餐食行為有顯著相關。 關鍵字:健康餐食知識、健康餐食態度、健康餐食行為意圖、夜市消費者
The impacts of calorie labeling on consumers' healthy diet behavior intention and its related factors at Liaoning night market A Master’s Thesis By Ming-Hong Cheng ABSTRACT The aims of this study were to investigate the correlations between social demographic variables, notice calorie labeling, knowledge, attitude, and behavior intention of healthy diet toward consumers at Liaoning night market. A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey consumers dieting at Liaoning night market. A total of 400 effective questionnaires were collected. The results obtained in this study are: 1. Older consumers had a higher score in healthy diet knowledge than younger consumers. Consumers that diet at night market less frequently had a higher score in healthy diet knowledge than those diet at night market regularly. 2. Female consumers had a higher score in attitude of healthy diet than male consumers. Consumers that diet at night market less frequently had a higher score in healthy diet attitude than those diet at night market regularly. 3. Female consumers had a higher score in behavior intention of healthy diet than male, whereas consumers with less diet frequency at night market had a higher score in behavior intention of healthy diet than those diet at night market regularly. 4. There are positive correlations between healthy diet knowledge and attitude, healthy diet attitude and behavior intention, and healthy diet attitude and behavior intention.
