Abstract: 摘 要 本研究目的在於探討護生實施糖尿病病人教育之意圖 及其相關因素,以苗栗縣仁德醫護管理專科學校五年制三年 級護理科640 位基本護理實習學生為抽樣母群體,採立意取 樣法抽出研究樣本,採用結構式問卷,以受訪者自填的方式 進行資料收集,共得181 份有效樣本。研究資料以百分率、 平均數、標準差、變異數、積差相關及複回歸等方法進行資 料分析。本研究結果如下: 一、研究對象在學校與在實習醫院,未曾接受過病人教育相 關課程者佔較多數。 二、研究對象於實習期間,實施糖尿病病人教育的壓力為中 上程度等,壓力較大之前五項依序為「我擔心自己不知 用什麼方法實施糖尿病病人衛生教育」、「我擔心自己對 病人衛生教育的專業知識不足」、「我擔心自己沒有能力 回答病患或家屬所提出的問題」、「我擔心自己對病患提 供錯誤的訊息」、「我擔心自己在團體衛教場合時的表達 能力欠佳」。 三、研究對象在未來實習期間,對實施糖尿病病人教育的態 度大多數為正向。認為實施糖尿病病人教育是有意義 II 的、是重要的、才是完整的護理、可以增進臨床與實務 的配合、也是護生的責任,而不是在執行醫囑、不是為 了實習成績、不是為了完成老師的要求。 四、研究對象在未來實習期間,對實施糖尿病病人教育的自 我效能僅有少數顯示有信心。 五、研究對象在未來實習期間,對實施糖尿病病人教育有意 願的佔大多數,其中以被指定負責執行糖尿病病人衛生 教育的意願最高。 六、護生實習期間,對實施糖尿病病人教育的態度、自我效 能與意圖成正相關。其糖尿病病人衛生教育的態度愈正 向、自我效能愈高,對實施糖尿病病人教育的意願則愈 高。 七、護生對於實施糖尿病病人衛生教育的態度與自我效能二 者可以有 效地解釋本研究對象實施糖尿病病人教育的意圖,解釋 量為31.0﹪。其中又以「態度」解釋力最大。 依研究結果提出下列建議: 一、 課程部分:(一)將病人衛生教育列為必修課程或實習 課程、(二)加強臨床教學與課程教學連結。 III 二、臨床護理指導老師部份:(ㄧ)提升臨床護理指導老師 指導護生有關病人衛生教育的能力、(二)協助護生調 適實習壓力。 三、學生部分:(ㄧ)應自我充實病人教育之專業知能、(二) 加強學生時間管理的能力。 四、實習單位方面:(一)建立完善的護理模式、(二)因應 臨床實務之需求,舉辦病人衛生教育相關課程在職教育 (三)安排臨床護理人員協助臨床教學、(四)醫院應 支持病人衛生教育的推展。 關鍵字:病人教育、護生、自我效能、行為意圖
The implementation intention of nursing students in diabetes patient education A master’s thesis By LEE TSAI SHIN ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation intention of nursing students in diabetes patient education. The six hundred forty students from the Jen-The Junior College of Medicine, Nursing and management were included in the population. There were one hundred eighty-one students in the sample. The main findings of the study were as follows. 1. Most of these students never took any courses related to patient education neither in school nor in hospitals. 2. Many of these students faced medium-high pressure to implement diabetes patient education. The pressure came from the patients and the lack of professional abilities. 3. Most of these students took a positive attitude toward II implementing patient education in their future practice. 4. Only a small portion of the students were confident of the self-efficiency of implementing patient education in their future practice. 5. These students who were assigned to execute the health education for diabetes patients demonstrate the highest intention to implement patient education in their future practice. 6. The attitude, self-efficiency, and intention of the students demonstrate a positive correlation in this study. 7. The attitude and self-efficiency could explain efficiently the intention of these students to implement patient education. The attitude was the main factor.
