Title: 臺北市學校護理人員知情同意的態度與行為意圖之研究

Abstract: 本研究旨在探討臺北市學校護理人員進行學生研究時之知情同意態度與行為意圖之情況,並分析其背景變項與進行學生研究時知情同意的態度、行為意圖的相互影響情形。 於2017年5-6月以臺北市學校護理人員為研究對象,採橫斷式調查法,利用GOOGLE表單問卷資料蒐集,總共發出240份問卷,回收234份問卷,回收率為97.5%。本研究之結果歸納如下: 一、本研究在不同性別、護理工作年資、教育程度、研究經驗、有無接受研究倫理課程及繼續教育專業倫理積分與進行學生研究時從事知情同意的態度上未達顯著差異。分題項分析仍發現研究對象其教育程度為研究所以上針對給學生的研究同意書,其內容應口語通順,容易理解及給學生的研究同意書,應清楚說明參加研究的條件,皆高於學歷專科生。研究所以上教育程度者高於大學畢業者認為給學生的研究同意書,應書面說明研究目的、期間、資料用途、保密、程序等重要資訊且也認為以學生為研究對象時,研究的計畫者,應透過教育活動,說明研究相關資訊。教育程度研究所以上者高於專科畢業認為進行學生為研究時,學生應全程理解實施研究計畫的內容為何。 二、本研究臺北市學校護理人員其背景變項在進行學生研究時期知情同意行為意圖上雖未達顯著差異。但分題進行單因子變異數分析得知發現研究對象六年內護理師/士是否完成繼續教育專業倫理課程積點部分對象若積分點24點以上高於12點以下,未來從事知情同意的行為意圖上。未來研究者從事學生研究的知情同意時,會知曉學校同意狀況可能性較高。 三、本研究進行學生研究中的知情同意態度與行為意圖顯著差異兩者具有顯著相關,透過相關分析可以瞭解學校護理師在進行學生研究時從事知情同意的態度與從事知情同意的行為意圖是具有中度正相關。「全程徵求知情同意的態度」和「知情同意行為意圖」具有顯著相關,為中度正相關,「易受傷害研究族群其知情同意的態度」與「知情同意行為意圖」具有顯著相關,呈現高度正相關。 四、臺北市學校護理人員的背景變項對於進行學生研究時,知情同意的行為意圖不具預測力。然進行學生研究時知情同意的態度變項對於進行學生研究時,從事知情同意的行為意圖則具有預測力,解釋力為33.4%。
The purpose of this study is to explore the understanding of the attitude and behavior intention of the school nursing staff in the city of Taipei, and to take the process and practice as the reference and consideration for the future school-related personnel to lead or assist the relevant research project. (Gender, age, working age, research ethics curriculum, etc.) and the attitude and behavioral intention of the informed consent of the school students in Taipei City were discussed. A total of 240 questionnaires were collected and collected with 234 questionnaires. The recovery rate was 90%. The questionnaire was collected from the school nurses in Taipei City in July 2017. The results of this study are summarized as follows: There is no significant difference in the attitude of knowledge-based consent in the study of gender, nursing work age, educational level, research experience, acceptance of research ethics curriculum and continuing education professional ethics and student research. this study has significant correlation between the informed consent attitude and the intention difference in the students' research. Through the relevant analysis, it can understand the attitude of the school nursing teacher engaged in the knowledge of the students and the behavior intention of the informed consent. Moderate positive correlation. There is a significant correlation between the "attitude of solicitation of informed consent" and "intention of consent", which is significantly related to the "positive attitude of" vulnerable group "and" informed consent intention " Positive. Background changes in school nurses in Taipei City The behavioral intentions of informed consent are not predictive for student research. However, the behavioral intention of informed consent is 33.4% for the student's study.
