Abstract: 隨著資訊科技及綱際網絡的蓬勃發展下,科技為最實用的管道,冷凍空調業之教育訓練逐漸採數位學習(E-Learning)趨勢。本研究針對冷凍空調業數位學習平台內容之需求評估與影響冷凍空調業使用成效之重要因素對其進行問卷調查,共200人填寫問卷,有效問卷141份。本研究以DeLone & McLean(2003)提出的「資訊系統成功模型」為主要架構,探討數位學習平台之資訊品質、系統品質、滿意度、使用意願與學習成效之關係。本研究結果發現:系統品質對使用意願,資訊品質對使用意願及學習成效,滿意度對使用意願及學習成效,使用意願對滿意度,學習成效對滿意度,均能產生直接且正向之影響。最後本研究對冷凍空調業者之數位學習平台內容與建置提出建議。
With the rapid development of informational technology and internet network, refrigeration and air conditioning industry's educational training starts to adopt the online courses (E-Learning) for training their distributors. By using questionnaires, the study aimed to assess both the need for the content of E-Learning platforms and the factors that influences its effectiveness in refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Out of the 200 questionnaires distributed, 141 valid ones were chosen for analysis. The case study adopted the DeLone and McLean's (2003) model of "Information Systems Success Model" as a framework to measure the relationship among the quality of the information provided and the system, user's satisfaction, intention to use, and learning performance. The study concluded several important discoveries. The quality of the system is positively relevant to the intention to use, while the quality of information provided and user's satisfaction strongly affect the intention to use and learning performances. The intention to use affects uses' satisfaction while learning performances does to users' satisfaction The study also proposed suggestions on the content and establishment of E-Learning platforms in refrigeration and air Conditioning industry.
